Where we collect from, how long a repair takes, and what to expect if you are bringing a car in from the villages and towns around Grantham.
Our workshop sits on Alma Park Road in Grantham, minutes from the A1 and the A52, but most of the cars we repair come in from the wider area. Here is how it works if you are not on our doorstep.
Grantham town centre, Alma Park, Manthorpe, Barrowby, Great Gonerby, Colsterworth and Bottesford are all local runs. We regularly collect from Sleaford, Newark-on-Trent, Bingham, Melton Mowbray, Bourne and Stamford, and we recover non driveable vehicles from anywhere along the A1 corridor. Collection and delivery are arranged when you book.
Cosmetic work such as bumpers, scratches, dents and alloys is usually two to four working days. Structural repairs and larger paint jobs run to five to ten working days, mostly governed by parts. If a part is on back order we tell you at the estimate stage rather than after your car is already in pieces.
Courtesy cars are available subject to availability and your policy. On a non fault claim we arrange a like for like vehicle, so if you need a van or an estate for work, say so when you call and we will arrange the right one.
