A top-5 UK accident management company needed to repair 12 vehicles from a single depot incident. Mixed makes, mixed damage severity. The AMC's standard panel was quoting 16-21 days per vehicle.
What we did
Centralised deployment to three Solution Repair Group sites within drivable range of the depot. Parallel parts ordering across all 12 vehicles. Daily progress dashboard provided to the AMC operations team. Single point of contact (Matt Glover, Head of Insurer Relations) for the entire batch.
