The brief
A Tesla Model 3 was struck from behind at low speed. Rear quarter, tailgate and rear bumper damage. No suspected battery intrusion but full HV isolation and battery enclosure inspection required to confirm.
What we did
Same-day assessment with HV isolation by IMI Level 3 technician. Tesla Toolbox diagnostic interrogation completed within 2 hours of arrival. Parts ordered same day. Aluminium-rated welding and bonding procedures throughout. ADAS calibration completed in-house including rear radar.
Daily customer SMS updates via Vantedge BMS. Insurer adjuster had real-time read access to job status and photos.
