The brief
A 2024 BMW M4 Competition sustained heavy front-end damage. Front rails compromised, both airbags deployed, ADAS sensors all displaced. Customer wanted the car repaired rather than written off, with full M-warranty preserved.
What we did
BMW-approved structural alignment jig used throughout. M-rated welding procedures. All ADAS sensors replaced and calibrated to BMW specification. Paint refinish in BMW Individual Sao Paulo Yellow with full colour-match documentation. Diagnostic sign-off via BMW ISTA attached to the job file.
The outcome
18-day cycle time on a structural rebuild that would typically take 28+ days. BMW M-warranty preserved. Customer NPS 10. Insurer received full documentation package for warranty recovery purposes.
